Currently a bed and breakfast. Home to Sarah's ghost, the chessboard ghost a possibly a bordello at one time.

Seen here is the ghost of Claude Worley. Photo was taken for a promotional brochure in the mid-nineties. After the photo shoot, the ghost was exposed.

Originally deeded to the University of North Georgia (at that time North Georgia Agricultural College). Replaced by the current Price Memorial Hall when the original build was lost in a fire.

Famous photo taken by Madelyn Anthony in the 1950's. If you look closely, you can see the ghost of a woman in a long dress, an antique bicycle and a young boy hiding behind the tree. The boy is nick-named the "Peek-a-boo Boy" and has been seen in other locations in Dahlonega.

Discovered in 2006 during a renovation of the hotel and restaurant.

Originally the Eagle Hotel and built and owned by the infamous Harrison Riley. In the early twentieth century, the hotel was converted to dormitories for young ladies attending the college and affectionately referred to as the "Wigwam".

Built the Hall House, Hall Block, Hall Office and present day Smith House. In 2006 a gold mining tunnel was discovered leading from the Smith House to the other side of the Square. Presumably, Frank Hall was mining under the city, even though it was forbidden by the town fathers.

Presently the Lumpkin County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center sits on the old location.
